In recent years, the company’s principal business interest has shifted almost entirely to property development.  At the risk of sounding clichéd, we are talking about an informed approach to property development, one which retains LEDA Group’s interests in social outturns but combines it with a commitment to work in areas avoided by most mainstream developers. It would be wrong to describe ourselves as major players, but our aim is to build the company and enhance its reputation for finding intelligent solutions to tough problems in difficult locations.  We do this in three ways:

direct development

LEDA Group will use its resources to buy and develop properties.

joint ventures

LEDA Group works with public and voluntary sector partners to deliver building programmes that meet a range of policy objectives – education, the environment, housing, health.

brokerage

LEDA Group will bring investment and sponsorship finance to the table through our own network of contacts and over twenty years’ experience of finding and matching converging interests
